Planning and coordinating a historic renovation project of St. Croix's Good Hope School Campus with the aim of creating a World Class multi-use facility targeting workforce development and resiliency building in the Territory.

Virgin Islands Collaborative Solutions LLC has partnered with Synergy Construction group to design, structure, and build the island's largest religious institution for the Territory's growing Muslim population.

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery chose Integrated Solutions Consulting Inc and Virgin Islands Collaborative Solutions to custom-build and provide software services to manage the Territory's more than $8 billion dollars in emergency funding and its related projects.

VI Collaborative Solutions partnered with one of the World's leading development groups, in Dalberg, to answer the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority's request for a comprehensive economic development strategy for the Territory's 20 year vision.  

By partnering with West Philadelphia's Enterprise Center --Community Development Corporation, VICS provided the area's residents with strategic assistance focused on leadership education, voluntary action, economic inclusion, and community-based decision making workshops all meant to inform Philadelphia's multi-million dollar Rebuild initiative. 

The USVI's Department of Health chose VICS to provide comprehensive assessments of the agency's  approach to mosquito-borne illnesses and the efficacy of its awareness and prevention programs in partnership with the US Centers of Disease Control and Prevention.

VICS worked along side VIDE's Director of Cultural Education to develop and distribute surveys that would gage the community's willing to support the Department of Education's agri-business initiative. Using its youth based approach, VICS surveyed more than 350 respondents and created strategies for onboarding school based gardens.

VI Collaborative Solutions dedicated its personnel to researching and documenting the environmental history of the US Virgin Islands and the impact of industry of its built and social ecosystems.
